Chandra Otterson is a Registered Psychologist specializing in working with children, youth, and families. She uses a client-centered approach incorporating EMDR, CBT, and ACT to support mental well-being.

Chandra Otterson is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Saskatchewan and an M.A. in Counselling Psychology from City University of Seattle. She works with adults, children, youth, and families, providing a non-judgmental, welcoming space for clients to explore their emotions and experiences. Chandra’s approach integrates evidence-based practices, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and techniques from Solution-Focused Therapy and Narrative Therapy. She values safety and connection in the therapeutic relationship and believes clients are the experts of their own lives.

Passionate about supporting young people and families, Chandra works to enhance communication and connection between parents and children. She has experience with ADHD, Learning Disabilities, stress, anxiety, and depression. As a parent of two teenagers and a volunteer in school and sports settings, Chandra also advocates for mental health in sport and encourages inclusive team cultures.
