Andrea is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with a holistic, client-centered approach, specializing in supporting youth and adults with ADHD, anxiety, learning disabilities, and life transitions.

Andrea is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology and a Master of Science in Counselling Psychology from the University of Calgary. Her academic background includes research in educational psychology and anatomical and behavioral neuroscience. In her counselling practice, Andrea adopts a holistic approach, incorporating methodologies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. She is certified in ACT, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST), and is currently pursuing EMDR certification.

Andrea works with youth (12+) and adults, offering compassionate support for individuals dealing with ADHD, learning disabilities, anxiety, and life transitions. She tailors her approach to enhance communication, self-regulation, coping skills, and self-esteem. With experience in both school systems and private practice, Andrea creates a warm, empathetic environment, fostering personal growth and healing.
