As a compassionate and trauma-informed therapist, Natalia strives to create a warm, safe, non-judgmental, and culturally sensitive environment where clients feel comfortable exploring and addressing their challenges. Practicing from a trauma-informed lens means understanding the profound impact trauma has on individuals’ lives, behaviors, and overall well-being. To support clients in processing traumatic experiences, Natalia offers Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and will begin providing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) starting February 2025—both highly effective modalities for addressing trauma and distress.
Natalia values an integrative and holistic approach to therapy, incorporating techniques from various modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS) and parts work, Compassion- Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and mindfulness practices.
Natalia has experience working with clients who face a range of challenges, including trauma (chronic and complex), depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, self-harm, stress, grief & loss, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, compulsive behaviors, life transitions, neurodiversity, and perinatal challenges. She has a special interest in perinatal mental health and supporting first responders.
With over a decade of experience in a corporate environment, Natalia also understands the challenges employees face, including stress, burnout, workplace conflicts, transitions, and job loss. Natalia is deeply aware of how these struggles effect employee’s mental health and wellbeing, so she is committed to supporting and empowering individuals as they navigate these difficult experiences. Overall, Natalia strives to help clients restore balance in their lives and uncover their inner strength to thrive.
