Jaime holds a Master of Science in Counselling with a specialization in Clinical Mental Health Counselling from Nova Southeastern University. She is registered with the College of Alberta Psychologists and is a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association as well as the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta.
Jaime’s approach is client-centered, integrative, and trauma-informed, emphasizing holistic healing through understanding the stories that our thoughts, emotions, and bodies hold. She recognizes that even our most challenging patterns often have protective roots, and she helps clients explore these with curiosity and care.
She has advanced training in EMDR, Somatic and Body-Based Interventions, IFS/Parts work, Polyvagal theory, Attachment Theory, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and LENS Neurofeedback.
Jaime’s practice gently guides clients toward internal and external safety, presence, wisdom, and strength—facilitating lasting change through mindful, compassionate exploration and an appreciation for the innate wisdom within every part of the self.
