Susan Plett is a Registered Provisional Psychologist who works with children, adolescents, and adults. She specializes in trauma-informed therapy, using a client-centered approach to foster healing and self-connection.

Susan Plett holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Trinity Western University. She is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). She is also a member of the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta (PAA). Susan has experience working with clients of all ages, from children to adults, in both educational settings and private practice. Her approach to therapy is client-centered, integrating Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Parts Work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Somatic strategies, Play Therapy, and other trauma-informed methods. She is passionate about helping individuals tap into their inherent strength and emotional healing by fostering a deeper connection to their internal system, mind, and body.
