Debra Rapske, a Registered Psychologist, offers compassionate therapy using IFS, EMDR, and LENS Neurofeedback to support individuals, couples, and families through various challenges.

Debra Rapske holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Trinity Western University and is a Registered Psychologist with memberships in the College of Psychologists of British Columbia, the College of Alberta Psychologists, and the Psychologists Association of Alberta. Additionally, she is a member of EMDR Canada and is trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, EMDR, and LENS Neurofeedback. Debra provides therapy for individuals, couples, and families dealing with relationship issues, trauma, low mood, stress, and anxiety. She creates a safe and compassionate space, integrating Internal Family Systems Therapy, EMDR, Observed and Experiential Integration Therapy, and process-oriented body therapies. Her work incorporates perspectives from Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and theories like polyvagal theory, complex trauma theory, and interpersonal neurobiology to support clients in achieving healing, self-confidence, and meaningful change.
